Error when pasting graphics into Outlook

We have a user that was recently upgraded to Outlook 2007 from Outlook 2003.
The rest of the Office suite is 2003. Since the upgrade, graphics could not
be pasted into Outlook 2007, and this error message appears:
"Outlook has encountered a problem. You will not be able to undo this
action once it is completed. Do you want to continue?"
You could click Yes, but the graphic would not appear.
I had to enable Smart Cut and Paste in the Mail Editor before I could paste
the picture, but the error message still shows up and the email cannot be
sent.
Copying and pasting between other Office/NonOffice programs is not an issue.
I checked Add Ons and the Trust Center, but nothing so far is allowing us to
paste a graphic and send an email.

Just thought I'd check in, as the issue is still not resolved. Anybody see
this before? Thanks!
