Error when printing an e-mail in outlook

Hi,
I have only one user who has this problem.
All office programs print fine to this particular printer.
However, when I open this user's Outlook, and try to print
a message from her inbox, I get the message:
"Outlook has generated errors and will be closed by
Windows.You will need to restart the program. An error
log is being generated."
I do not know where the error log is being generated.And
this occurs on this user only. I've deleted Office and
added it again. I've put in SP3. All to no avail. If
you think her pst file is corrupted, can you tell me how
to fix it?
