error when printing

I have one user when she want print her microsoft project
2000, then she got the error message, it say" The
instruction at "0x77fc8fe1" referenced memory
at "0x0087fc20", the memory could not be written, click
to terminate.
I increase her veritual memory, still the same, what
should I do, need help.
