I use Exchange Server 2k3 SP2 and have a local domain (ex. domain.local).
When I need to send external e-mail I use my accounts allowed to send e-mail
outside the organization (ex. (e-mail address removed)). Each external account
has an Outlook profile and there are two accounts: the Exchange mailbox and a
POP3/SMTP.
My problem is: my LAN users have Office 2003 SP2. And one mailbox
(marketing) needs the following rule: when each external message with a
specific subject arrives at Inbox the Outlook must forward the message to an
internal mail.
But when rule is processed there is an error because it sends that message
via the POP account, not via Exchange Server - my default account.
What should I do?
Best regards..
