Explain the process you're using to create and save the plan.

We have a company calendar loaded on the global template. The project
managers open a new project, create the plan and save the plan in a shared
folder. They ask me, the project administrator to publish the plan. When I
publish the plan, I get an error message that says "enterprise calendars are
needed..may affect scheduling..."

Opening a project from a file folder and then publishing the plan to Project
Server, without first importing it, creates what's called a workgroup
project, not an Enterprise Project. If it's *not* your intention to use the
enterprise features, then you need to allow both non-enterprise projects to
be published to the server and allow the use of local base calendars. If you
want to create enterprise projects, then you need to learn how.

So, which direction are you trying to go?

Hello,

I've got the same problem and I want to use the enterprise project option.
How can I do without the real work be modify ?

Thanks a lot

Peter
