Error when publishing to WSS form library

I get the following error somewhat sporatically when publishing my form to a
WSS form library:

"Form library column information could not be saved. After completing the
publishing wizard, click Save on the File menu to try again. If this error
persists, please contact your network administrator."

It seems to happen usually when I'm overwriting an existing template. Any
help would be greatly appreciated!
