Error when removing anonymous web surfing on subweb

Use this page to allow anonymous users to have access to your web site.
Note that changes made to the settings may not be reflected in the site
for a few minutes.

The role(s) 'Administrator' exceed the rights specified for anonymous
access and contain the the account used for anonymous logons by your web
server directly or indirectly through at least one of the following
members: 'IIS104\username'. To fix this remove these members from those
roles.

If I remove the admin account I'm then unable to work in the site.


Any ideas?
