I recently cleaned up a test and production Enterprise Resource Pool,
using the manual method in PWA (PWA > Admin > Clean Up Project Server
Database) and then the PSCleaner tool.
All resources been removed from assignments and had zero remaining
work. All resources except 3 were removed by both methods. The 3
remaining resources show an assignment to a "Nonproject Time" project
that doesn't show up in Project Server or in PWA as either a project or
administrative project.
I have run through the options to remove them from task assignments,
status reports, etc, but I still can't delete them.
Here is the error message I get:
The resource you selected has access to a project that is checked out
by another user and therefore cannot be deleted. To view the projects
that are checked out.....
There are no projects checked out.
Has anyone else seen this? Is there a script that can be run against
the database to delete an individual resource at the database level?
If so, can you link to the script or post it?
Thanks in advance.
