Error when reverse engineering Oracle database with Visio 2002 pro

I get a message when I try to reverse engineer tables in an Oracle database:

We contected MERANT and they told us that this driver will only work with
their supported applications. This is by design. Therefore it will work with
any Serena products (ie: Version Manager, Tracker) but nothing else.

So is Visio 2000 Pro able to reverse engineer oracle databases or not? If
yes, how can I do it?
