the problem is after changing a WB and then saving as and
changing the file name to a numerical order; as soon as
SAVE AS is clicked in File menu, a msg pops up "Template
wizard" <cannot open MS Excel Workbook

rograms\..\..\library\invdb.xls>, however, the file is
present in that dir and when i open it is clear of any
data, when it should be full w/ the info on all my WBs
previous issued.
