Error when selecting Page Setup option

When I try to change the page setup in Microsoft Word, the following error is
displayed: The measurement must be between 0.1" and 22". The page setup
window is then not accessible, i.e. when I try to change margins etc, the
same error pops up and I have to cancel changes.

Unfortunately, it did not work.

Is this just one document or all documents? If it is all documents, try
starting Word in Safe Mode. To do that, use Start, Run and type in

winword /a

and press enter. Can you change the margins now?
