Hi
I have a user that has about 4Gb mailbox size. He is running ACER laptop with 40GB HD space split in two partitions. Most of HD is free space. He is also running WindowsXP and Office2003. Outlook is running in Unicode mode against Exchange2000
He did not have any problem until couple of days ago and then he started receiving this message when sending/receiving.
Task 'Microsoft Exchange Server' reported error (0x8004010D) : 'There is not enough disk space available for this operation.
In the beggining this would prompt him intermitently to clean up his mailbox but now he is not receiving any mail any more. Now he is prompted all the time to clean it up and he is not seeing any new mail. He does sees it when useing Terminal Server and none cached profile
I did following
Logged on as him on another station and recreated his ost file and it did the same thing
I increased Net cached size to 100% (default is 10%
Disabled Restore option in windows xp
Nothing worked
There is another article I found but I did not find these entries in neither station
Microsoft KB -832925
Tried to create these but not sure do I need PST or OST only or both
Any help would be highly apreciated since he insists on this and that is the reason why he upgraded to Outlook2003 in the first place
Thanks to all who took time to help me with this
