Error when trying to bring up PWA in Proj 07

All, we were working along find, I migrated over 30+ projects from 03 to 07,
this filled up our drive on our 07 DB server, I cleared up some room, and now
when PWA tries to connect, it times out. I have rebooted the 07 application
server. and still getting the same errors. I did notice in the application
log on our app server, the below error. Thanks

EventType ulsexception12, P1 w3wp.exe, P2 6.0.3790.1830, P3 42435be1, P4
microsoft.office.project.server, P5 12.0.4518.0, P6 454185f3, P7 3334, P8 78,
P9 threadabortexception, P10 0000.
