Error when trying to compose or reply to e-mail from Outlook

This is happening with both Outlook and with trying to compose or reply
through the Comcast webmail sytem. I get this message.

"A client error has occured, please try again" What is this and can you
tell me what I need to do to correct it. Thank you.

If it's happening when using Comcast's web mail, why would you ask about it in
an Outlook forum? Ask Comcast.

Brian, I asked about it here only because it is also happening when I use
Outlook and I prefer Outlook over a web-based e-mail.

But the point is that if it happens when using webmail also, then it CAN'T be
an Outlook problem and cannot be fixed by anything in Outlook.
