Hi Gary,
It appears that the file "DAO360.dll" is not properly registered on your
computer. Try the following:
- Click Start > Run
- In the open run command line type
regsvr32 "c:\program files\common files\microsoft shared\dao360.dll"
- Click OK. Should receive message succeeded

| I just installed Office/Access 2002 on Win XP. When I
