Error when trying to email my notes

I have just installed outlook 2003 on my computer. I decided to try out the
email notes feature in onenote but it came up with an error message saying
"C:\windows\system32\fxsext32.dll" could not be installed or loaded.

Although it still came up with the box to email it , the address i sent it
to (a second address witch also belongs to me) didn't receive it

does anyone know what this file is or why it can't find/install/load it?

A few things:

This post looks like it got put in the OneNote section instead of Outlook.
No big deal for now, though.

This DLL is one the Microsoft Fax service uses. If you do not use fax, you
can uninstall it.

Or you can open the Outlook Trust Center (Tools | Trust Center in Outlook
2007) and disable it. In Outlook 2003, it's buried in Tools | Options |
Other | Addins (somewhere in there). In either case, uncheck it.

Lastly, if you want to use the fax service, reinstalling it is the best
option. You can also search the internet for some sites that offer the dll
as a standalone, but I do NOT recommend downloading such a file.

Good luck,
John
