Error when trying to open up contacts in outlook 2003

When i open a new email message and click the TO button, to switch to
my
contact i get the following error message: an unsupported restriction
was
passed into an imapitable method.

I can open up my contacts and see everyone of them, but when i try to
open
them from in a new email window, i get the error message. I tried
repairing
outlook, as well as completely uninstalling, and reinstalling office.
I exported
my contact and re-imported them in a new profile Still the same error
message
appears. Any suggestion as to what i can do to get this problem
solved.

Yes, I cannot figured what the problem is. Another thing funny it's
that when my client is log into citrix, he can send message normally,
his contact work.
