Error when trying to paste Visio diagram into Word doc

I’m trying to paste a one-page Visio diagram into a Word doc using “paste
special†and I’m getting the following error msg:

“There is insufficient memory. Save the document nowâ€

Although my Word doc is rather small, I tried pasting my Visio diagram into
a one-page Word doc and am still getting the same error msg.

Visio version: Professional 2002 (10.0.525)
Word version: 2003 (11.8106.8107) SP2

Any ideas?
