error when trying to run power point

system is not configured to run this application. I am

The OS doesn't really matter all that much; it's a question of whether
you've got PowerPoint installed or not. It comes with some versions of MS
Office, but not all.

First off, do you have MS Office? (Word, Excel and that lot?)

Next, how are you attempting to run PowerPoint when you get this error
message?
