Error when trying to send as a delegate for Entourage 2004

Hi,

Delegate access through Entourage is working for Calendar and Contacts
but I am having trouble with the mail. I can see the user's Inbox in my
folder list but when I attempt to send a message on his behalf I get the
following error.

HTTP Error: the resource is not found

Mail could not be sent.

Account Name: <account name here>

Error: -18596

I also receive

________________________________________
Error
An unknown error (-17199) occurred.

Explanation
A message in your Outbox could not be sent. The account which created the
message cannot be found.

The account that has assigned me delegate access is available in the gal and
does not show any problems.

Any ideas would be appreciated.
