Error when trying top import from an Apple iCal export!!!

I have an Apple iCal export (.ics) file that I am trying
to import into Outlook (on windows). Everytime I try the
import I get an "vCalendar/iCalendar Import Failed. The
input file may be corrupt."

I even went so far as to make a new cal in iCal with only
1 item and I still get the error...

Can anyone help me get my iCal data to my windows outlook?
