Error when upgrading to SP1

When upgrading to Office 2003 SP1 I get the following error - "Installation
Error.File not Found. A required installation file SKU0A4.CAB could not be
found. Your MS Office Web Compnents installation source has been corrupted or
removed. You will need to download MS Office 2003 Web Components again or
reinstall from your original media."

I have downloaded and installed file "owc11.exe" from the MS web site, which
is the install file for Web Components. I have also "repaired" my Office
installation using the original CDs and I have also deselected and then
reselected the component in the "Customise office" section of the
installation program in order to uninstal and reinstall them and am still
getting the error. I have also downloaded the full-file upgrade and still get
the same error. I am at a loss what to do next.
