Error when uploading document to a Project Workspace

I recently started getting a "Cannot obtain WSS item tp_ID" error when
I upload a document to any of the Project Workspaces on Project Server
2003. The document still gets uploaded, but it makes me think that
something else might be wrong.

I tried the steps outlined in this KB article:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/825219

However, when I click the Synchronize button I get another error:
"SharePoint team Web site for <Project Name> does not exist."

The site exists and Project Server has correct link, because I can
click on the "Site Address" link on this page and it will bring me to
the Project Workspace.

Any ideas?
