Error when using Switchboard Manager

When using the Switchboard manager to create a switchboard, I'm getting an
erorr message when I try to use it that says....

Run Time error -2147024769 (800700F)
Method 'Connection' of object'_CurrentProject failed.

I'm running Access 2003
