Error when using the "send to" option in Access

The errors received when attempting to send a form via
email in Access are as follows:

Access can't complete the Output operation.

The Visual Basic code you entered contains a syntax error
or the Output
procedures are not available.

Does not matter which mail format is selected and is not
specific to one database or user.

The environment is Citrix terminal server running Office
2000 SR1.

Please let me know how to correct this.
