error when veiwing messages

HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

wen i go 2 view a message, in reading pane and without it, i get a message
saying

"Microsoft Office Outlook has encountered a problem and needs to
close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

" If you were in the middle of something the information you were
working on might be lost

"<checkbox> Restart Microsoft Office Outlook

"Please tell Microsoft about this problem.
"We have created an error report that you can send to help us
improve Microsoft Office Outlook. We will treat this report as confidential
and anonymous.

"<hyperlink> What data does this error report contain?

"<hyperlink> Why should I report to Microsoft?"

If i clik on the first hyperling a new box comes up that says

" Error signature

"AppName: outlook.exe AppVer: 12.0.6300.5000
AppStamp:4760725d
ModName: wwlib.dll ModVer: 12.0.6212.1000 ModStamp:46e03d42
fDebug: 0 Offset: 000032ab

When i hit send it says taht i need to send some files to microsoft and it
may take longer, and it says estimated time is 74 min. but then it finnishes
after about 5 min.


i want to read my emails

Start Outlook in its safe mode ("outlook.exe /safe"). This will NOT
load any plug-ins that you installed into Outlook. If the problem
goes away, you have a plug-in that is screwed up.

i fixed it, i put in my CD and hit repair, it took about an hour, but now it
if fine!!!!
