Hi All,
We have created a form using Infopath for people to enter data. This
form could be used by people to enter the data in their local
languages. When testing this form using Hebrew we came across certail
formatting problems.
Certain punctuation marks are not displayed in the correct place in a
block of text containing Hebrew characters. If I place a question mark
at the end of the sentence and since the end of the Hebrew sentence is
on the left, instead of putting the ? at the left, InfoPath places the
question mark on the right.
Another suprising thing is that if in case I type any other character
(other than white space characters) after question mark (?), then the ?
moves back to its correct place i.e. to the left.
Word handles the question mark correctly, placing it on the left. Also
when i tried to type in an example in Hebrew in this message, i noticed
the same behavior as Infopath.
Do you know why this is happing? How this could be fixed?
Regards,
Sudhir
