Error while adding browser object to form in Access

Using Access 2003, I'm attempting to add a browser class object to a form,
and it returns the following error dialog:

The OLE server isn't registered.
To register the OLE server, reinstall it.

From the Tools\ActiveX Controls menu, browser class indicates an obsolete
(and long uninstalled) AOL minibrowser's .dll file as the control source. I'm
supposing that is also what it considers the OLE server. Is there a Microsoft
Office .dll or .ocx that I should register in it's place, or something else I
can install to make it work?
