We are running Outlook 2000 and I have a user in our
company who while trying to compose a message (may include
text only or attachments). In the middle of the message he
will all of a sudden receive the following error message...
The item could not be saved to this folder. The folder has
been deleted or moved, or you do not have permission. Do
you want to save a copy of it in the default folder for
the item?
Shortly after this error appears, a Dr. Watson window
opens with the following application and exception message
and closes them out of Outlook.
Outlook.exe
Exception: access violation (0xc0000005), Address:
0x3a62d6e8
I have attempted to run a repair of the Outlook
installation along with the security service packs. Their
Outlook is set to deliver to their mailbox on the Exchange
Server and any unsent messages are set to go to the Drafts
area.
Does anyone have any idea as to why this would be
happening?
Thank you for your assistance.
