Error while exiting Outlook

I've been having a problem with Outlook "hanging" upon exit. Whenever I
close Outlook 2000 the "Please wait while Microsoft Outlook exits" screen
will come and and then never go away.

This is a new install of Windows XP. There are no COM add-ins or other
Add-Ins loaded on this computer.

Any suggestions.

Something must be blocking it. See if this helps:
