Error while Installing Access 2000

I run XP Home edition on my machime. I am trying to
install ACCESS 2000, but it keeps giving me a message.
Previously there was no intervention needed. When i try
to install, it keeps saying " Insert Windows XP Home
Edition Service Pack CD 1' to proceed. Some file has been
locked and hence cannot proceed.

How can i get around this problem ? Thanks.
