Error while installing the XML Toolbox for Microsoft Word 2003

Hi,

I receive the following error message during the installation. After the
error message the installation rollbacks.

Error 1001.InstallUtilLib.dll: Unknown error in
CorBindToRuntimeHost(0x80131700).

What is the work around for this?
