Error while opening Paint in XPproSPII

I have a lil over 1 GB of DDR & a Nvidia GeForce3Ti200(128MB VideoRam)I have
a 80GB Master Drive & 250 GB Slave Drive the Master has over 25 GB of Free
space on it & the Slave Drive has over 50GB of free space on it.
My point being I have plenty of hard disk space & plenty of RAM.
However,If I go to Start/All Programs/Accessories/Paint & launch Paint while
in normal or safemode, I still get this error.
MSPaintError.jpg

If You look at the JPG's I pasted as Hyper-Links You can see that even
M$Paint v5.1 (Build2600.xp_sp2__rtm.040803-2158 :Servie Pack2) shows the
Available Ram as being 1,048,048 KB or (1023 MB)
AvailableRam.jpg

I have tried Uninstalling Paint in the Add& Remove Windows Components to no
avail & I've checked My error Log & I can see the following :
EventViewerError.jpg

In short I don't think it has anything to do with the availability of RAM
but please show Me otherwise ?
Thanx for any Help/Direction.

I don't know why the links to the pix didn't work so I'll try again but if
not please try to over look them as it must be photobuckett at fault.

Paint is not an Office program so I suggest you try an XP group or try
this:

Have a look here:
Err Msg: MSPAINT Caused an Invalid Page Fault... [Q185501]
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=185501
I have found that 95% of problems with MSPaint are fixed by this
reference:

To resolve this problem, use registry editor to delete the following
registry key:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Current
Version\Applets\Paint

This registry key is rebuilt the next time you start Paint.
