error while opening

If I log on as administrator the database opens fine. I can access all of
the forms from the switchboard. If I log on as the user, there is an error.
"This command could not be executed" and is not able to access any of the
forms from the switchboard. Any Ideas?

Does the user have open permission on the form that the button is opening?
In addition, they'll need read data permission (at least)on the record
source of that form.

'rw' are not Access security permissions. What permissions does the user
have on the form object? What permissions does she have on the
recordsource. Is that recordsource a query, table, or SQL statement?
