Error while running Graphs

For some reason suddenly my laptop (Tablet) is throwing up this error when I
try ti run a Graph from one of my forms:

Microsoft Visual Basic
Microsoft Office Access can't find the file containing the linked OLE
object you tried to update using the OLE/DDE Links command.

And in VB the highlighted line is this:
Set chrt = oGraph.Object

I would appreciate if anyone can solve this mystery for me. I even Removed
the old Office and installed it fresh (Office 2003)
