Error While Trying To Put Database File In FP

I am trying to import an Access file into my frontpage file on my PC. I get
this error. I tried putting the web in a different folder, still same
error. Has anyone had this same problem?

"An error occurred accessing your FrontPage web files. Authors - if
authoring against a web server, please contact the webmaster for this
server's site. WebMasters please see the server's system log for more
details."
