Error while uploading the document to Project Web Access

Some users received the following error when they tried to upload the
document to a project through PWA.

"An unknown error occurred in updating Microsoft Project Server database
because Sharepoint objects cannot be saved. Log on to Microsoft Project Web
Access again and link the document to Tasks in the Tasks page."

Has anyone of you seen it before? Please let me know how you corrected it.
