Error while working on Access

Hi,
I'm getting an unusual error. I'm not understanding.
I've developed on application in my one office and provided to my other
office to work on. But while working the application looses it's
functionality after nearly 2 hours of work on it. Work is updating records,
editing, deleting some information etc. The staff has to close the
application and then restart to carry on the work.

Can anyone guide me?
