Error Window Keep Popping Up

Hi,

Whenever I open MS Word program, a window error pops up that says:

" Microsoft Visual Basic
Compile error in hidden module: AutoExec
OK / Help "

Tried the help but could not get any ideas to solve the problem. The
application runs ok though the erro dialogue window is quite irritating.

Any idea how to get the prompt to disappear , anyone?
