Error - winnt\system32\pwexchext32.dll

After upgrading a work station from Outlook 2000 to
Outlook 2003, upon opening Outlook, this message appears:
"c:\winnt\system32\pwexchext32.dll could not be installed
or loaded."

I tried the "detect and repair" and that didn't do
anything, I tried rebooting, reinstalling. Nothing seems
to work. HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is not an OUTLOOK group, it is an ACCESS group. Try posting this in an
OUTLOOK group.
