Error with "C:\Program Files\NavNT\vpmsece.dll"

I am hoping I can get something to help me fix an error i
get everytime i open outlook - 'The add-in "C:\Program
Files\NavNT\vpmsece.dll" could not be installed or
loaded. This problem may be resolved using Detect and
Repair on the Help menu. Unable to load "C:\Program
Files\NavNT\vpmsece.dll". You may be out of memory, out
of system resources, or missing a .dll file.' I have
512MB RAM on an IBM T30 with 1.8G CPU, so system
resources should not be a problem. The other problem is
my screen fails to refresh when Outlook opens other
windows.

Hello,

Just figured this one out. Go to the symantec website and do a search
for vpmsece.dll. You should be able to find a tool called
SavPluginUtil.

The reason I received this error was because I uninstalled Norton
Anti-Virus and then I reinstalled a newer version which placed the
..dll file in a different folder.

Hope this helps somebody.
