Error with Fax Wizard

Sorry for double post.

I have MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access installed as part of Office Pro
2002.
When I use Fax Wizard to create a fax I have an error when I hit the Finish
button. The error says "This command is not available". Reinstalling
doesn't make it work. Pls help. Thanks.

PS. I have Outlook 2003 installed.
