Error with Global Template Calculated fields

I have updated a Global template on a server with calculated fields. When I
access this file myself the fields work as desired; however when a colleague
opens the files on another PC he is getting ERROR returned from using the
same template even though he can see the same formulae as I saved in it.

Is there something wrong with the way I updated the Global template or is it
something on the configuration of his MS Project?
