In several templates I created I include hyperlink fields
for email-address and website. Everything appears well,
until the template is saved and then opened to create a
new document. At which time the Hyperlink Field will
display "Error! Hyperlink reference not valid". But the
link works correctly - if double-clicked it opens the
correct website or email, tooltip shows the contained
address, etc.
It acts like a hyperlink in every way but the display. I
have fiddled with the '/o' options and everything else I
can think of.
I can correct the problem in the dccument by using Ctrl-K
(Insert Menu->hyperlinks) but not by any changes to
the "Field".
What's the secret to providing hyperlinks in templates for
use in the document attached to that template?
Thanks,
