Error with KB828741 critical update

After installing KB828741 critical update all application using word and
excel automation cannot create objects. The errors are:
COM object with CLSID {000209FF-0000-0000-C000-000000000046} is either not
valid or not registered. - for word.
COM object with CLSID {00024500-0000-0000-C000-000000000046} is either not
valid or not registered. - for excel.
When uninstalling the update everything is working fine.
Any help is appreciated.
