Error with office 2003

I have just installed my office pack on my new laptop - vista home edition.
The problem is that every time I open office - say word or excel for
instance. I am asked to agree on the terms of use. - The programs are
activated online, so that is not the explanation. Does anyone have a valid
one, and maybe an idea on how I can solve this problem?
- When I've clicked "accept" the program works just fine.

Log in to Windows as Administrator, start an Office program, accept the
EULA, then close that Office program, When done then log out of Windows from the Administrator, and
log back in to Windows using your normal user profile.

Thank you very much Peter, that worked.
In windows vista I right-clicked on winword and selected "run as
administrator", then I accepted the agreement. Closed down the program, and
opened it as I would normally do. And it worked! Super :)
