Error with Outlook since One Note SP1 & Send to OneNote from Outlook

I installed the Office update and the One Note SP 1 and the Send to OneNote
from Outlook addin.

I had to add the .NET Programmability Support after the install of the
updates.

I finally got the One Note addin for Outlook to work, now I get an error
every time I close Outlook. I actually get 2 of the same errors at one, and
the both close at once when I click the OK button.

This is a C++ error in OUTLOOK.EXE

Any one have any suggestions???
