I have a merge document, linked to a header source (txt).
When both worddocument and header source are stored on a
local drive, there is no problem.
When both documents are stored on a novell server, next
error message appears:
"<worddoc> is a mail merge main document. Word cannot find
its header source, \\s1\data\doc\ebema\document.100
\veldnaam.txt".
I can browse to the file and point it, so it exists.
This is no problem on PC's with Word2000(sp2).
When the files are stored on a NT server, there is no
problem either. The difference with Novell is that the
file path is stored in unc; with NT the file path is
stored with the drive letter.
Who can help?
