error "you can not carry out this action at the present time"

Hi
I dont know why but some time I received this message "you can't carry out this action at the present time

I close access and do the same thing and it work ... but no all the time..
And I can have this message anywhere

Somebody can help me to find a solution!!

answer you, on the basis of the tiny amount of information that you have
