wonder how many times i hav to send a error message till they get sick of me
& fix my prob :)

If it's the vbe6.dll error you are referring to then in this case
there is no 'fix' from Microsoft since it's caused by third-party
conflicts. Take a look at my reply to your other post.

Maybe till you "state what the problem is"????
And then again, maybe there's no answer because there is "NO" fix.

"toe" is referring to the automatic reporting that is part of Word 2002 and
2003. This contains all the information MS needs to troubleshoot the
problem. Users don't get a response, however, unless there have been enough
reports of the same problem to enable MS to come up with a workaround or
solution.
